We take pride in introducing our
self as one of the very few clinics who has incorporated dental Lasers in day
to day practice. Use of lasers in medical field is quite old. Similarly lasers
were introduced in dentistry ages ago but it has been in the recent years their
use has gained momentum.

Advantages of Laser use
1 Clean, Bloodless field: Laser
use is associated with dry bloodless field. This not only reduces the surgical
time of the procedure but is also important from patient’s point of view.
2. Better and fast post-operative
healing
3. Very minimal use of local
anesthesia.
Disadvantages
1. Slight
extra cost but considering the numerous advantages it has over the conventional
blade surgery, it’s worth opting for laser surgery.
2. Use
of lasers should be done with extreme caution and by well experienced operator.
Protective eyewear is a must both for patient and the operator to prevent
damage to the eyes.
